Privacy
maml.club is the website of the Mid-Atlantic Mauling League, a Blood Bowl league. It shows the league's standings, results and stats. It keeps very little about the people who visit it, and it doesn't sell or share any of it.
Visiting the site
The site counts page views itself, without any outside analytics service. For each view, it keeps the page, the site that linked to it, and whether the device is a phone, tablet or computer. To count visitors, it combines each visitor's IP address and browser into a scrambled code that changes every day. It doesn't store IP addresses, and it can't tell that two visits on different days were the same person's.
The site doesn't use cookies to track you, and it shows no ads. Some pages remember your choices in your own browser, like which stat columns to show or your division voting code. Those stay on your device.
Game alerts
If you turn on game alerts, your browser gives the site an address to send notifications to, and the site keeps it with the coaches you chose to follow. It's used only to send those alerts. Turning alerts off deletes it.
The league's YouTube and Twitch channels
The league commissioner's tools use the YouTube API Services and the Twitch API to manage the league's own channels: the MAML YouTube channel and the evaunito2 Twitch channel. They set stream titles and schedules, and give game videos their titles, descriptions, thumbnails and playlists. The access tokens for those channels are kept on the site's server, are used for nothing else, and are never shared. Only the commissioner uses these tools, and they act on no one else's account.
Using YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. The channel's owner can remove the site's access at any time from Google's third-party connections page.
Embedded videos
The Play With Us page has a YouTube video in it, through YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube's own privacy policy applies once you play it.
